All past students and instructors of the Traveling Brush are invited to submit works for our “Art About Travel” exhibition.  From our first ever painting tour to Cuba in 2005 to our most recent art excursion this year to France, all mediums (including photography) will be accepted, provided they are ready for hanging and were inspired by one of our painting tours (it can be something created on your tour, but artists are also invited to submit works created in the studio that have been inspired by a trip)

It will be an exciting day in Steveston as we are celebrating Oktoberfest in the village, and our event is also part of Culture Days, a nation-wide initiative celebrating culture in Canada.  Although the exhibition will run all day from 2pm – 8pm, past travelers and their guests are invited to join us for the Artist Reception starting at 5pm, featuring a taste and flavours of France and Spain.

Please drop off your artwork at the Studio at 12211 First Avenue
September 27, 28, or 29 between 9 am and noon, or Thursday September 28 from 6pm to 9pm.  Please email and we will email you back an art tag for your work to be included when you drop off your work.
